Why Araptus
01 The Claim
Not an Agency. An Ecosystem Builder.
Agencies build websites.
SaaS platforms rent you features.
Freelancers build what they can and vanish.
We build isolated, interconnected infrastructure that runs your entire business — website, security gateway, CRM, intelligence, AI — and we operate it with you. Your own stack. Nothing shared.
See it running in our case studies, or see how an engagement unfolds in how we work.
02 The Field
Everyone you could hire, on one bench.
An agency stack is five vendors and a prayer. The Engine is one machined block — same load, zero drama.
✕What they sell
✓What we build
vs. Agencies
They build websites. We build ecosystems.
✕What they sell
An agency gives you a site, maybe some branding, and a monthly retainer for "maintenance" that means they'll update your WordPress plugins. Your website doesn't connect to your operations. Your CRM is whatever SaaS you cobbled together on your own. And you're sharing infrastructure with every other client they have.
✓What we build
- Your website feeds leads directly into your CRM pipeline
- CRM configured for your industry with exact modules needed
- AI Context Layer for discoverability across AI assistants
- Intelligence layer tracks what's actually working
- Security built into every layer — not a plugin
vs. SaaS Platforms
Salesforce and HubSpot are built for everyone. Which means they're built for no one.
✕What they sell
You pay $300-$1,500/month for a platform with 400 features. You use 12. The rest slow down your dashboard, confuse your team, and cost you money. When you want to leave, your data is locked in their proprietary format.
✓What we build
- CRM loads only enabled modules — no bloat or feature overload
- Industry-specific modules, not generic "custom objects"
- Your data in your Supabase instance — you own it, export it, query it
- No per-seat pricing that punishes team growth
- AI assistant queries your actual business data
vs. Freelancers
No infrastructure. No security. No tomorrow.
✕What they sell
A freelancer can build you a website. Maybe a decent one. But they don't build security middleware, MFA enforcement, or AI Context Layers. And when they get a better gig, your "guy" is gone — along with any knowledge of how your system works.
✓What we build
- Documented, maintainable codebase — not a laptop project
- Security built into every layer, not bolted on after a breach
- AI visibility infrastructure no freelancer knows how to build
- Ongoing operation and monitoring — not a ZIP file and a wave
- Knowledge base ensures anyone on our team can support your system
vs. WordPress Shops
Vulnerable. Slow. No operations layer.
✕What they sell
WordPress runs 40% of the web. It's also responsible for 90% of hacked websites. Every plugin is an attack surface. Your "developer" spends half their time patching vulnerabilities. And WordPress has no operations layer — no CRM, no scheduling, no intelligence, no AI.
✓What we build
- No WordPress. No plugins. No PHP. Zero legacy attack surface
- Security middleware baked in — rate limiting, honeypots, scanner detection
- Static-first with SSR where needed — fast by architecture
- Full operations platform connected from day one
- AI Context Layer that no WordPress plugin can replicate

04 The Position
We Use the Infrastructure. We Don't Compete With It.
In 1998, the internet infrastructure was already built. Google didn't rebuild the internet — they created a layer on top. Amazon didn't waste time building infrastructure — they used what was there and created a new type of company. Netflix, Spotify, Uber, Airbnb — all built on existing infrastructure.
Today, everyone is trying to build better agents, better harnesses, better AI frameworks. They're competing with Anthropic, OpenAI, and Google. Good luck.
We don't build AI infrastructure. We build on top of it. The infrastructure is already world-class. We use it to build business ecosystems that actually run your company.
There are far more successful companies created using the infrastructure than building it. That's where we operate.
