Terms of Use

Last updated: 07-10-2026

Welcome to Araptus. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Araptus LLC (Alvin, Texas) covering your use of araptus.com, dashboard.araptus.com, and related sites and portals (the β€œSites”). By using the Sites or creating an account, you accept them. You must be at least 18 and using the Sites for business purposes; if you use the Sites for a company, you confirm you are authorized to bind it.

Paid Services Are Governed by Your Service Agreement

If you have a signed service agreement with Araptus, that agreement β€” not these terms β€” governs the services, pricing, intellectual property, data ownership, and termination rights between us, and it controls over these terms wherever they differ. These terms fill the gaps: general site use, conduct, and the disclaimers below.

Accounts

Dashboard sign-in uses passwordless email links plus device verification; keep your email account secure, because it is your key. You are responsible for activity under your account, you will keep your information accurate, and you will tell us promptly at info@araptus.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend accounts that threaten the security or integrity of the platform.

Our Content and Software

The Sites, their content, design, and all underlying software are owned by Araptus and protected by law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Sites for their intended purpose. No other rights are granted β€” nothing here transfers any software, source code, or Araptus intellectual property to you. Feedback and suggestions you send us may be used by Araptus without obligation.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Sites, bypass authentication, or access data or accounts not yours; (b) scrape, harvest, or bulk-download content or data; (c) reverse-engineer, copy, or attempt to extract any software; (d) upload malicious code, spam, or unlawful content; (e) use the Sites to violate any law or third-party right; or (f) misrepresent your identity or affiliation. The Sites are actively monitored; unauthorized access attempts are logged, blocked, and may be reported to authorities.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you submit through the Sites (messages, feedback, screenshots, form submissions). You grant Araptus a license to host, process, and use it as needed to provide and improve the services and as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit.

AI Features

Some accounts include AI assistant features. AI output is generated automatically and may be inaccurate or incomplete; it is not professional, legal, financial, or medical advice β€” review it before relying on it. Where the assistant can take actions (such as creating tasks), you authorize those actions when you request them. If you connect your own AI provider API key, your use of that provider is governed by its terms, and its usage charges are yours.

Third-Party Services

The Sites interoperate with third-party platforms (hosting, payments, search, messaging). We are not responsible for third-party services, their availability, or their terms, and links to other sites are not endorsements.

Disclaimers

The Sites are provided β€œas is” and β€œas available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Sites will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that content (including audit results, scores, and metrics) is accurate or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Araptus' total liability arising from the Sites is limited to the greater of $100 or the amounts you paid Araptus in the 3 months before the claim, and Araptus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or lost profits, data, or goodwill. If you have a service agreement, its liability terms govern claims about the services.

Indemnification

You will defend and hold Araptus harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Sites in violation of these terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

Termination

You may stop using the Sites at any time. We may suspend or terminate Site access for violation of these terms or to protect the platform. Termination of Site access does not by itself terminate a signed service agreement (or vice versa) β€” each follows its own terms.

Disputes and Governing Law

Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflicts rules. We will both attempt good-faith resolution first; unresolved disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Harris County, Texas, on an individual basis, and the prevailing party recovers reasonable fees and costs. Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief in court for misuse of intellectual property or unauthorized access.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms; we will post the new version with its effective date and notify account holders of material changes. Continued use after the effective date is acceptance.
